Your Role

The Mooney Group is currently looking for a new team member to function as an Inside Sales Associate.


 

NEW TEAM POSITION

This is an individual who possesses strong communication (oral and written), organizational, and follow-up skills. This position is best suited for those who enjoy establishing and perfecting process and do not easily grow bored with repetitive tasks.  He/she must have the ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios. Must be able to multitask between phone and computer and enjoy talking on the phone with people. Must be proficient with technology and phone systems. Must be coachable and willing to learn as well as possess a strong work ethic.

JOB STANDARDS

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various sources, provided by Agent
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for the Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client and lead database
  • Conduct lead follow up and nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Attend Monday Team Meeting (9:30 am EST)
  • Make an average of 10 calls per hour, include maintaining and updating information in the CRM and scheduling appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Schedule 5 Viable appointments per month
